Tutor – One-to-One & Small Group (Pre-Prep to Year 12)
Location: Noosa / Sunshine Coast/Online
Hours: Casual / Part-time (after school & some daytime availability)
About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic, caring tutors to work one-to-one and in small groups with students from Pre-Prep to Year 12. Primary tutors, High School Maths, English and Science are required. This role is ideal for qualified teachers or education students who are passionate about helping young people achieve their best and grow in confidence.
You will be joining a happy, supportive learning environment where all teaching resources, lesson plans, and training are provided, allowing you to focus on what matters most — your students.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging tutoring sessions to individual students and small groups
Support students across a range of learning needs and abilities
Build positive, encouraging relationships with students
Adapt teaching strategies to suit different learning styles
Track student progress and provide feedback to families and the centre
Create a calm, motivating environment that builds confidence and resilience
What We’re Looking For
Qualified teacher or university student studying education
Ability to tutor primary and/or secondary students (Pre-Prep–Year 12)
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
Warm, patient, and encouraging approach
Reliable and professional with a genuine passion for education

Pay: $40.00 – $42.00 per hour
