Roller Roller Tuckshop is seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our busy retail location in Strathfield.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing store operations, supervising staff, maintaining high customer service standards, monitoring sales performance and ensuring the efficient and profitable operation of the business. The role requires the candidate to have a solid understanding of authentic and modern Korean food, ingredients, products, and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store
Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and profitability
Monitor sales performance, operating costs and store budgets
Manage stock levels and coordinate the ordering and receipt of merchandise
Determine product mix, stock levels and pricing in consultation with senior management
Recruit, train, roster and supervise retail staff
Set performance expectations and provide ongoing guidance to team members
Ensure customers receive a consistently high standard of service
Respond to customer enquiries, feedback and complaints




Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and company procedures
Prepare operational and sales reports for management
Liaise with suppliers and other relevant business partners

Skills and Experience
Relevant qualification in retail management, business or a related field
At least two years of relevant retail management experience
Strong leadership and staff management skills
Ability to communicate effectively with Korean suppliers and understand Korean product information (Korean language skills are highly desirable)
Sound knowledge of stock control, budgeting and sales management
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced retail setting
Availability to work weekends and public holidays when required

Pay: $78,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
