Looking for a role that's anything but ordinary?

We're searching for someone who enjoys both hospitality and event coordination to join our close-knit wedding team.

This hybrid position offers the perfect balance of office administration, wedding planning and hands-on event delivery. You'll spend part of your week helping couples plan their wedding and the other part bringing those plans to life on the day. No two days are the same!

The role includes:

When in the office
Meeting with prospective and booked couples
Conducting venue tours
Preparing proposals, contracts and event documentation
Planning wedding timelines and logistics
General administration and customer service

During Weddings
Coordinating ceremonies and receptions
Supporting couples throughout their wedding day
Assisting with food and beverage service when required
Leading wedding setup and ensuring every detail is perfect
Working alongside our hospitality team to deliver exceptional events

We're looking for someone who:




Loves people and providing exceptional service
Is organised and enjoys multitasking
Has excellent communication skills
Is happy working both in an office and on the floor
Can remain calm under pressure
Is available to work weekends

Experience in weddings, events or hospitality is highly regarded, but personality, attitude and a willingness to learn are just as significant.

Pay: $35.85 – $46.72 per hour
