The successful candidate will perform the following duties:
Preparation of food, cooking and presentation of dishes.
Maintain quality of food at all stages of food preparation. Ensure a safe and hygienic work setting.
Train other kitchen staff.
Check food temperature and ensure it is safe.
Work in a team setting.
As and when required work alongside the Head Chef and contribute towards the menu.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Ability to work in line with budget.

Qualification and experience:
Relevant trade qualification in Cookery.
Minimum of 2 years' experience.
Good communication skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
