We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Internal Sales Representative to join our busy warehouse team in Rocklea. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, helping trade specialists, contractors, and machinery owners find the right equipment solutions, attachments, and spare parts.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming phone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
Advise customers on the correct attachments and spare parts for their specific machinery and applications.
Process orders and manage customer requirements from initial inquiry to fulfillment.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our product range, including technical specifications and compatibility.
This is a customer facing trade desk position that will require your hands to get dirty from time to time preparing equipment for deliveries.

What We Are Looking For:
Sales or Customer Service Experience: Background in trade sales, parts interpreting, industrial supply, automotive,



or hire equipment is highly regarded.
Mechanical Aptitude: You don't need to be a mechanic, but you should be comfortable learning technical product specifications and fitting requirements.
Problem Solver: Ability to ask the right questions to help customers figure out exactly what they need.
Communication: Solid verbal and written communication skills with a practical, down-to-earth approach.
Computer Skills: Must be able to use POS inventory systems and excel spreadsheets.
Drivers Licence and Forklift Ticket: Must be able to drive manual vehicles and have a current foklift ticket (or willing to obtain).

Full product training on our machinery attachments and spare parts range will be provided.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
