Job Description
We are currently looking for a compassionate and reliable female Arabic-speaking support worker to assist a Male NDIS participant who has experienced a stroke. Support is required in both in-home assistance and community access.

This role is ideal for someone who is empathetic, culturally aware, and has experience with stroke recovery or similar conditions.

Responsibilities:
Provide domestic support such as light cleaning and household maintenance
Support the client with community access (e.g. going for walks, attending appointments, or light shopping)
Provide domestic support such as Meal preparation
Communicate fluently in Arabic
Promote independence and maintain the client’s dignity




Ensure a secure and positive environment at all times
Provide companionship and emotional support

Requirements:
Female worker required (as per client's request)
Fluent Arabic speaker
Previous experience in disability, aged care, or stroke rehabilitation (preferred)
Police Check and Working With Children Check (or willing to obtain)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
First Aid and CPR (current)
Driver’s licence and own vehicle (desirable)
