Swift Transport Services based in Dandenong South have a position available for an experienced and highly professional sales person to drive current business.

We deliver all over Melbourne and country Victoria same day express with a fleet ranging from 1 Tonne Trays and Vans to Semi Trailers. We pride ourselves on ensuring all of our clients receive an excellent service for every delivery.

The main focus of this role is strategically growing the business whilst maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients. Must be skilled in negotiating, presenting and securing suitable work.

The ideal candidate will have:




proven experience and success in selling local express transport services (in particular local taxi truck work; both adhoc and permanent)
experience selling interstate services
extremely qualified and well presented
excellent negotiation skills and ability to secure valuable work
ability to adhere to growth targets and KPI’s
ability to account manage and develop strong business relationships with clients
experience in training and monitoring sales staff

We are looking for a candidate who is dedicated, loyal and looking to be long term member of our team and an excellent representative for the company. Please note that this is a senior position, requiring a high level of sales/BDM experience in the industry.
