We are currently seeking TIG Welders to join a busy manufacturing team based in Penrith.
This role is ideal for candidates with TIG welding experience who are looking to further develop their skills in a supportive manufacturing workplace. We are open to candidates with basic to intermediate TIG welding skills, as full training will be provided for the right person. Experience working with stainless steel sheet metal, food and beverage equipment, automotive exhausts, custom hot rods, or similar fabrication work will be highly regarded.
To be successful, you will have:
TIG welding experience
A willingness to learn and develop your welding skills
Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience working with stainless steel, sheet metal, or fabrication equipment is advantageous
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings is highly regarded
What's on offer:
Day Shift: Monday to Thursday | 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Casual hourly pay: $45 - $48 (depending on experience)+ Super + OT
Afternoon shift available once skills are proven
Temp-to-perm prospect
