Bom Korean Restaurant is a well-established Korean restaurant located in Hazelwood Park, Adelaide. We are committed to delivering authentic Korean cuisine and exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Full-Time Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and lead our team.

Duties
Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure effective and smooth service.
Supervise, train and support front-of-house staff to maintain high standards of customer service.
Prepare staff rosters and manage staffing requirements.
Monitor restaurant performance, sales and operating costs to maximise efficiency and profitability.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback and complaints in a skilled manner.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure food quality, timely service and customer satisfaction.
Manage stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships.
Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety,



and liquor licensing regulations.
Assist with implementing promotional activities and maintaining the restaurant’s operational standards.

Requirements for the Role
Diploma of Hospitality Management or equivalent qualification.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality management role.
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
Experience managing restaurant operations, staff rosters and inventory.
Robust understanding of food safety, workplace health and safety, and liquor licensing requirements.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
