THE POSITION
Manage Helpdesk requests including answering calls, emails, and service enquiries
Create, allocate, monitor, and close work orders through the maintenance management system
Provide frontline customer service support to hospital stakeholders, contractors, and visitors
Coordinate contractor access, site inductions, compliance documentation, and sign-in processes
Manage key registers, proxy passes, access requests, and visitor records
Maintain accurate maintenance records,



service requests, and operational documentation
Prepare reports, data entry, filing, and administrative records as required
Support timesheet processing, roster administration, and workforce documentation
Maintain compliance with hospital, client, and company procedures

THE PERSON
Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and administrative systems
Desirable experience using CMMS or service management systems such as QFM, SAP, Maximo, Pronto, or similar
Must hold or be able to obtain a National Police Clearance
