Saffron Restaurant & Bar is now seeking applications from experienced and passionate chefs to join our kitchen team.

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
2+ years of experience in a skilled kitchen
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of produce handling, stock control, culinary techniques, and kitchen equipment
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced environment
Ability to complete all assigned tasks in a timely and organised manner
Competency in preparing and cooking both lunch and dinner services
Ability to anticipate and attend to guest needs promptly




Strong recipe knowledge and consistent execution of all menu items
Understanding and adherence to HACCP standards and food safety practices
Positive attitude with the ability to maintain a harmonious team environment
Commitment to high standards and leading by example
