Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health and care needs.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Provide direct nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, and other clinical procedures.
Monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting care plans as necessary.
Ensure compliance with NDIS standards and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Medication administration

Requirements
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Current Flu and covid vaccination
Valid driver's license and reliable transport
National Police check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
