Limoncello Cafe is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our team.

Location: 54 Station Street, Sandringham

About the Role

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of our café, creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding service and supporting the daily operation of the café.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and seat customers with a friendly attitude.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Prepare and serve coffee, drinks, and food (training provided if required).
Operate the POS system and process payments.
Deliver food and drinks promptly.
Transparent and reset tables, keeping the café clean and presentable.
Restock display cabinets and service stations.
Work closely with the kitchen and barista team.
Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.




Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

What We’re Looking For
Previous café or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
Friendly, reliable, and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
Current Australian working rights.
