We’re looking for an experienced Barista + Café Supervisor to take on a key role in our team!
Working days: 3 - 4 days a week (including Sunday)
Consistent weekly roster
Long-term role (6+ months commitment)

This is a higher-responsibility role for someone confident running a café floor and supporting daily operations.

What we’re looking for:
Minimum 3+ years barista experience
Latte art is a MUST
Solid coffee knowledge & consistency under pressure
Ability to lead shifts and guide junior staff
Hands-on café operations experience (stocktake, ordering, prep, maintenance, etc.)
Ability to take ownership of daily service flow and standards
Reliable, proactive, and robust problem-solving skills

Responsibilities include:




Overseeing daily café operations during shifts
Ensuring coffee quality and service consistency
Supporting and training team members on shift
Managing stock, supplies, and basic ordering
Maintaining cleanliness, equipment checks, and café presentation
Helping improve overall workflow and efficiency
