My Zakaya is a warm and welcoming Japanese Izakaya-styled restaurant in Surry Hills. We are looking for an experienced dishwasher/kitchen assistant who can work 5 days per week. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace, we’d love to hear from you.
What We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of experience working in a restaurant (essential)
Strong understanding of Japanese cuisine, food preparation, and presentation
Reliable and committed to scheduled workdays
A team player with robust attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Be able to work minimum 6 months
Be able to commit on Wed, Thur Lunch, Fri, Sat and Sun Dinner time.
What You'll Do:
Kitchen assistance, including cooking rice, food preparation, and supporting other chefs
Dishwashing and cleaning duties

Pay: $28.00 – $39.00 per hour
