The ideal candidate will have:
Prior experience working in practice management
A go getter personality with a can do approach
Exceptional leadership skills

A passion for the dental industry and patient care

Tasks and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
A demonstrated ability to effectively manage staff, patients and visitors
Exceptional leadership,



cultural and teamwork focus
A high process improvement focus with exceptional attention to detail and time management
Management of stock orders and staff rosters
Assisting with marketing such as providing ideas and liaising with the marketing manager
Financial administration: Relating the patient statistics to revenue generation with emphasis on the patient monitors and marketing monitors to measure success. Tracking billings and tallying petty cash
Operational compliance ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and monthly reporting accurately covers KPI's adherence
