Brew and Bite Maitland is a growing café focused on delivering high-quality food, excellent coffee, and outstanding customer service. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced team member who is looking for a long-term role and can grow with our business.

Key Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service and creating a positive dining experience
Taking and managing customer orders efficiently
Preparing coffee, beverages, and assisting with food preparation
Supporting kitchen operations as required
Handling payments and operating POS systems
Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards
Assisting with stock management and daily operations
Working collaboratively with the team in a fast-paced setting

Skills and Experience Required
Minimum 2 years of experience in a café, restaurant,



or hospitality workplace (MANDATORY)
Solid customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
Ability to handle pressure during busy periods
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays
Barista experience will be highly regarded

Important Requirement

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,850.28 – $80,000.00 per year
