In this role, your duties will involve working closely with an experienced team under the supervision of our headteacher and will include responsibilities such as:
Teaching in a classroom using our research-based curriculum both after school and/or Saturday
Small group teaching sessions (Avg of 5 and max of 8 students)
Lesson preparation(minimal), we use our pre-written curriculum & structured training program to suit all learning types
Lesson and minimal homework marking
Communication with headteacher regarding student progression.

Skills and experience
Robust knowledge of the Australian Curriculum
NSW Working With Children's Check and Police check
Experience with teaching online using Microsoft Teams is a bonus

Possesses a genuine passion for teaching
Is open-minded person
Is excellent in communication
Hold a current WWCC
Holds (or about to complete) a degree in Education and/or a degree in Arts, Philosophy, History plus a Diploma in Education

Pay: $30.00 – $40.00 per hour
