We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Specialist to identify market prospects, execute marketing strategies, and enhance the promotion of our products and services. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, coordinating, and implementing strategic plans to increase market reach and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to assess demand and identify trends in existing and emerging markets.
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital, print, and traditional channels.
Advise on and manage advertising campaigns, promotional materials, and pricing strategies.
Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance metrics to inform business decisions.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure alignment between market needs and offerings.
Monitor competitor activity and adjust campaigns and strategies accordingly.
Contribute to brand development, including branding, positioning, and messaging strategies.
Support the preparation and delivery of marketing reports, presentations, and proposals.
Ensure marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards.





Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant marketing experience.
Strong knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis tools.
Proven experience in managing campaigns and delivering ROI-focused results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, CRM systems).
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
