We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistant to join our team at Totally Workwear Hoxton Park. This Role will see you responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and supporting the store’s operations. About the role
Create a memorable and seamless experience with every customer interaction
Qualify customers’ needs and be the first point of contact for current enquires
Maintain presentation standards through visual merchandising, stock management and cleaning
Exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators
Support store operations including but not limited to the efficient processing of stock and delivery of customer orders
About you
Experience in a similar sales role (Preferred but not essential)
Demonstrated experience using a point-of-sale system (Preferred but not essential)
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to learn with the ability to work both autonomously and within a team
Reliable and available to work flexible schedule, including weekends
The role would be approximately 19 - 23 hours per week, based around the following core shifts:
Monday: 8:00 am–5:00 pm
Wednesday: 12:00 pm–8:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00 am–4:00 pm
These would be the regular core shifts, with additional hours and days available as needed.
