Female Disability Support Worker – Southern River, WA

$36.00–$43.00 per hour | Casual

Beholdcare Services is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join our growing team in Southern River, WA.

This role involves supporting an NDIS participant with a history of domestic violence. We are ideally seeking a mature female support worker (approximately in her 30s–40s) who can provide empathetic, trauma-informed, and person-centred support.

About the Role

You will support the participant to live independently while promoting choice, dignity, and community participation.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality, person-centred support
Assist with personal care and daily living activities
Support community access and social participation
Build positive, respectful, and skilled relationships




Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation

Essential Requirements
Minimum 6 months' experience as a Disability Support Worker
Experience supporting clients affected by domestic violence (essential)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
National Police Clearance
Full Australian working rights (students are welcome to apply)
Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
Current First Aid & CPR (preferred)
