With an established presence across Sydney and Melbourne, we are seeking a creative, sales-driven Retail Assistant to join our team. This role will be based at our Truganina and Braybrook location.
Key Responsibilities
Maximise sales prospects while delivering exceptional customer service
Build strong product knowledge and confidently recommend solutions
Engage with customers promptly and create memorable in-store experiences
Follow up on enquiries and maintain robust customer relationships
Maintain showroom presentation and visual merchandising standards
Meet individual sales targets and KPI requirements
Assist with order fulfilment and customer collections
Open and close the store as required
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail, sales, or customer service
Experience in bulky goods retail and ability to assist with lifting
A results-driven,
competitive, and self-motivated mindset
Strong communication and sales closing skills
A genuine passion for customer engagement and building repeat business
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends on a rotating roster
Professional presentation and a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Ability to start immediately
