We are seeking a reliable and motivated Hotel Service team member to join the team at our Piara Waters site. Brightwater Piara Waters is a purpose built Supported Independent Living facility providing care to residents with Huntington’s disease. Our Piara Waters team are a passionate group of individuals working together to empower our clients in pursuing the dignity of independence.

This role is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained environment, efficient laundry services and providing meals and refreshments clients.

This role is being offered as a permanent part time position with working hours 6.30am-2.30pm on Tuesday and Thursday each week; a total contract of 30 hours per fortnight is on offer for the successful candidate. To be considered for this role you must be available to work both shifts each week. There will also be the opportunity to pick up additional shifts at the site.

Candidates will be considered for future similar vacancies.

Responsibilities include:
Maintaining a clean, sanitary and homely workplace
Ordering and maintaining cleaning and kitchen stock
Providing an efficient laundry service

To be suitable for this role, you must possess:
A caring and positive attitude




Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a related setting
A satisfactory National Police Clearance that is less than one year old
A satisfactory NDIS Worker Screening Check
