About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in creating a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

Key Responsibilities
Greeting and assisting patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
Managing appointments using dental practice software.
Answering phone calls and responding to emails.
Processing payments and health fund claims.
Managing patient records and maintaining confidentiality.
Coordinating the daily appointment schedule.
Assisting clinicians and the administration team when required.
Maintaining a clean, organised, and skilled reception area.

About You
Previous dental reception experience is preferred but not essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Solid organisational and time management abilities.
Professional presentation and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail.
Experience with dental software (Praktika) is advantageous.
A genuine passion for providing exceptional patient care.
