This is a great prospect for an experience Chef to join us in the opening of our brand new concept store in Camperdown. You will paly a vital role in smooth day to day operations of the kitchen.
Some of the responsibilities will include:
Assist in all sections of the kitchen when required during service
Ensure kitchen is ready & set up for service
Food prep
Ensure food quality and presentation meet our high standards.
Collaborate with FOH to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow.
Maintain HACCP records
Ensuring the kitchen complies with health regulations and is clean, tidy and functional at all times
Maintaining a clean kitchen and use kitchen appliances and equipment safety
To be successful in this role you will :
Have a minimum 2 years experience in food preparation
Must be able to work full time
Have ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Have excellent communication skills
