About the Role:
As our Team Leader, you will oversee daily weekend operations, support staff during busy service periods, and ensure every customer receives a positive experience. You will lead by example and help maintain smooth, productive service.

Lead and supervise the team during weekend shifts
Deliver exceptional customer service
Support staff and delegate tasks effectively
Ensure smooth service during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
Handle customer enquiries professionally
Assist with opening and closing procedures

What We’re Looking For:




Previous hospitality supervisor or leadership experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting
Barista experience/knowledge
Reliable with strong weekend availability
Positive attitude and hands-on approach
Passion for customer service and team success
