We are currently seeking an experienced Concreter to join a busy team delivering civil and maintenance projects across Sydney's central areas.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in high-quality finishing and has solid experience in concrete patching and repairs.
About the Role You will be working on a variety of asset maintenance and remediation projects, working in the tunnels/ stormwater or sewerage pipelines, including duties as follows:
Concrete patching and repair works
Spalling repairs / crack repairs
Surface preparation (grinding, chipping, saw cutting)
Jackhammering
Use of repair mortars, epoxy systems, and concrete additives
Working safely on active civil sites and public areas
Working in confined spaces and at heights (where required)
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Proven experience in concrete patching, repairs and remediation
Strong civil maintenance background (preferred)
Bonus if you have experience in the tunnels/ stormwater projects
Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
Valuable attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Solid safety focus and ability to follow site procedures
Tickets & Requirements
White Card (essential)
Confined Space ticket and Working at Heights (desired otherwise course needs to be completed before start)
Full PPE and reliable transport
Ability to pass site requirements (where applicable)
