As Assistant Store Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving store performance and delivering outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities include:
Drive sales and achieve KPI’s set by Head Office
Carrying out retail policy and procedure
Provide exceptional customer service levels….always!




Ensure VM standards are met and in line with company guidelines
Support the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team
Understand and communicate the features and benefits of highly technical product

About You
You have retail experience, passionate about sales and meeting KPI's
Understanding of instore retail operations
Confident in carrying out operational activities including rostering, inventory management, VM, reporting and staff training
Understanding of the importance of ‘brand’. Confident in being a solid brand advocate for staff and customers alike
A passion for water sports, snow or the general outdoors will help!
