Responsibilities & Duties
Interact with customers and provide exceptional service
Deliver rapid and efficient FOH (Front of House) service while enjoying the work
Maintain high standards of hygiene and quality at all times
Accurately handle EFTPOS and cash transactions
Demonstrate high-standard barista skills using a commercial coffee machine
Requirements & Skills
Must have a valid right to work in Australia
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment, with a passion for food and coffee
Maintain café operational standards and ensure product consistency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly, positive attitude
Engage with the team and contribute proactively to a welcoming community setting
Latte art skills preferred
Previous experience preferred
