About the Role
Permanent full-time position
Work in a supportive team workplace
Evening shifts only - 4pm-12.30am

As a Pastry Cook - evening shift you will:
Ensure products are consistently prepared to recipe and to the highest quality standard
Schedule, plan and complete daily preparation and production
Assist with product development
Control, record and minimise waste
Maintain the cleanliness of equipment and utensils to ensure health and safety regulations are met

About You:
Relevant qualifications in commercial cookery, pastry, baking or equivalent
Excellent dough break and piping skills
Valuable pallet knife skills is an advantage
Excellent technical knowledge of pastry cooking techniques
Ability to maintain high and consistent standards
Eye for detail and presentation
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Physically fit




Have reliable transport with a valid driver’s licence
Be able to work in Australia without restrictions.
