Amalfi Pizza & Pasta is a quick-paced restaurant dedicated to serving high-quality pizzas, pasta with friendly customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable team members to join our in-store team and help create a great experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders in person and over the phone
Operate the POS system and process payments
Assist with preparing basic food items and packing takeaway orders
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, kitchen, and service areas
Restock ingredients, packaging, and beverages as required
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards
Assist with opening and closing duties when required
Skills & Requirements
Positive attitude and robust customer service skills
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
Ability to multitask and stay organised during busy periods
Previous hospitality or retail experience is preferred but not required
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
