Female Mandarin-Speaking Support Worker Wanted – Noble Park

Resilient Life Care is looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Mandarin-speaking female Support Worker to join our team and provide one-on-one support to a child in Noble Park.

This is a outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and is passionate about making a positive difference in their daily life through engaging, community-based, and capacity-building supports.

Shift Details
Location: Noble Park
Day: Saturday
Duration: 3-hour shift
Ongoing prospect for the right candidate

About the Role
You will provide person-centred support tailored to the participant's individual needs. Duties may include:
Building a positive and trusting relationship with the participant
Supporting community access and recreational activities
Assisting with social interaction and communication
Encouraging independence and confidence
Providing support in a protected, respectful, and engaging manner




Following the participant's support plan and working collaboratively with their family and the Resilient Life Care team

Essential Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken)
Female support worker
Experience working with children
Current full Australian driver's licence
Reliable, comprehensively insured vehicle
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Current Working with Children Check
Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication skills and a caring, patient approach
