We’re on the lookout for passionate Baristas to join our team at Stringers Sorrento.
You know your way around an espresso machine, live for that silky milk texture, and know the difference between a good coffee and a excellent one. You're consistent, calm under pressure and care about every cup that hits the pass.
What you'll Bring
Minimum 1 year barista experience in a fast-paced café
Confident in dialling in and adjusting grind
A love for specialty coffee and an eye for detail
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Excellent communication and outgoing personality
Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, opening and closing shifts
