We are seeking motivated students and recent school leavers who are planning a career in Allied Health, Nursing, Social Work, Psychology, Community Services, or Disability.

This is a casual, entry-level Disability Support Worker role offering valuable hands-on experience working with NDIS participants in a supportive, multidisciplinary team environment.

You will be working in a home-based setting (group homes or individual supports), assisting participants to build independence, develop life skills, and engage in their community.

Key Responsibilities
Support participants with daily living activities and routines
Assist with community access and social participation
Observe and record behaviours and progress notes
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Support participants’ physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing
Follow individual care plans and promote independence
Maintain a safe and respectful workplace at all times

About You
Interested in a future career in health, disability, or community services
Compassionate, reliable, and willing to learn




Robust communication and teamwork skills
Able to work in a home environment with participants
Comfortable supporting individuals with diverse needs

Requirements
Must be 18 years or older
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
NDIS MODULES and others as requested
First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
Australian work rights
Driver’s licence (preferred)
