We are seeking a Full-Time IT Support Engineer to provide technical support across multiple client environments, delivering day-to-day assistance and proactive IT management. This role involves working across a portfolio of clients, either remotely or onsite as needed, with consistent hours, a clearly defined scope, and strong backing from a managed services provider.
You will collaborate with various client teams during business hours while being employed, trained, and supported by our internal technical team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide IT support across multiple client environments, both remotely and onsite as required
Deliver remote and onsite support for Windows workstations
Support and manage mobile devices
Perform endpoint management, monitoring, and maintenance
Monitor and support server, network, and core infrastructure
Act as a trusted technical contact for assigned clients and maintain strong client relationships
Troubleshoot,



resolve, and escalate technical issues as required
Collaborate with the internal service desk and engineering teams to deliver consistent support
Assist with client onboarding, system improvements, and proactive IT initiatives
Maintain clear documentation and follow service procedures

Skills & Experience
Experience in onsite IT support, desktop support, or service desk roles
Strong Windows workstation support skills
Experience supporting Android devices
Basic networking and infrastructure knowledge
Familiarity with endpoint management tools
Skilled, reliable, and customer-focused
Robust communication and problem-solving skills

Pay: $50,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
