We’re looking for a Casual Kitchen Attendant / Cook to join our team. If you’re passionate about food, reliable, and enjoy working in a quick-paced, supportive environment, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist chefs with food preparation, cooking, and plating
Maintain a clean, protected, and organised kitchen
Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment as needed
Help with stock rotation, labelling, and food storage
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
Carry out other general kitchen duties as directed by the Head Chef
About You:
Punctuality and reliability are a must
Previous kitchen or café experience preferred (training provided)
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
Able to work efficiently in a team and under pressure
Adaptable with availability (weekends preferred)
Interest in Japanese or Asian cuisine is a plus!
