Tasks & responsibilities
Deliver high intensity interval group training.
Motivate members during and after training
Help members with form and technique
Demonstrate and introduce classes
Inspire and promote an energetic workplace




Assist in pre-excercise screening and membership sales
Social Media Assistance
Set up the studio before and after training sessions
Ensure a high level of studio cleanliness and operation
