The position:
Hurricane's Grill and Bar are seeking enthusiastic chefs, cooks, to join our rapid paced kitchen at Surfers Paradise QLD
Required skills & attributes:
A minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Highly motivated, driven & energetic
Team player
Effective time management skills
Must be passionate about delivering high quality food, beverage & service standards
Flexible availability – week days/nights and weekends
Experience with safety procedures when using chemicals
Ability to enforce work health and safety practices
Well presented with a friendly disposition
Cert III or IV in commercial cookery would be advantageous
Salary & Perks:
$79,423 to $90,000 salary
