We're looking for passionate Casual and Full-Time Team Leaders to join our team at Yo-Chi Bondi Beach.

As a Team Leader, you'll lead the team through busy shifts, set the standard on the floor and help create the fun, welcoming environment that Yo-Chi is known for. What you'll be doing:
Leading the team through busy shifts with confidence, positivity and excellent energy.
Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering genuine, friendly service.
Coaching and supporting team members while leading by example.
Opening and closing the venue, including cash handling and daily administrative tasks.
Keeping the venue clean, safe and running smoothly.
Ensuring every Yo-Chi served looks just as good as it tastes.
Managing stock, receiving deliveries and helping keep everything organised behind the scenes.
Maintaining our food safety,



hygiene and operational standards every day.

What we're looking for:
Previous leadership experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
Someone who naturally motivates and brings positive energy to a team.
Robust communication and organisational skills.
Confidence making decisions and solving problems during a shift.
Availability to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
A genuine passion for people, teamwork and creating great experiences.
