We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and highly motived Beauty Consultant with a passion for cosmetics, skincare and fragrance to join Sisley Paris team at Lotte Duty Free Melbourne Airport part-time.

In this role, you will embody the Sisley brand values, deliver immersive luxury experience, and inspire clients through exceptional service and expertise. Working in a supportive and quick-paced environment, your ability to communicate with a diverse customer base will ensure successful achievement of sales goals.

YOUR DUTIES WILL INCLUDE
Engage customers with a friendly and approachable manner
Provide a high level of customer service, product knowledge and willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs.
Promote benefits of products to generate sales and achieve set KPI’s
Maximize sales opportunities and demonstrate customer excellence

ABOUT YOU




Previous experience within beauty retail.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service experience.
Strong communication skills
Multi-lingual advantageous, but not essential.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Immaculate personal presentation.

DETAILS OF THE ROLE
Location: Melbourne International Airport
Part-time or Casual Position
Availability to work a adaptable schedule including weekends and public holidays
