About the Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care, supporting clients to live safely and independently in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive in-home nursing care
Perform clinical assessments and monitor client health
Administer medications and provide medication management
Deliver wound care and other nursing interventions
Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation
Liaise with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
Essential Requirements
Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
National Police Check
Valid Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
Skilled Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance (preferred)
Excellent communication and clinical assessment skills
