We are seeking experienced and compassionate care Support worker to provide high-level care for complex care client. This role involves delivering person-centered support, including assistance with daily living, personal care, behavior management, medication administration and clinical tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide High-quality, person-centered care tailored to client's complex needs.
Assist with personal care, mobility support and daily living activities.
support the client with social engagement and community participation.
follow individualized behavior support strategies.
work collaboratively with health care specialists and family members.
Maintain Accurate documentation and progress notes.
Requirements:
Minimum (Cert III or IV) Disability, individual support, or equivalent.
Minimum of 2 years of work experience.
Experience in providing support to clients with complex medical and behavioral needs.
Knowledge of manual handling, PEG feeding, Tracheostomy care or the complex care Task.
Current First Aid & CPR certificate
NDIS workers screening check
Working with children check.
Valid Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred)
Robust communication and problem-solving skills.
