Extend Home Health Care is a growing NDIS Registered Provider based in Yokine, WA. We are committed to delivering high-quality disability support services and are seeking a dedicated Accountant/Finance Officer to join our team.
This prospect to become part of a small, supportive organisation where you will play an integral role in managing the day-to-day financial operations of the business.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for:
Processing payroll and ensuring accurate employee payments
Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
Preparing and issuing invoices
Performing bank and account reconciliations
Maintaining accurate financial records
Preparing financial reports for management
Monitoring cash flow and supporting budgeting processes
Managing taxation, financial reporting, month-end and year-end close processes
Managing superannuation and payroll compliance
Assisting with month-end and year-end financial processes
Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
Relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance
Previous experience in an accounting or finance position
Robust attention to detail and organisational skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience using accounting software (Xero experience highly regarded)
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
