We are looking to add a Cafe Supervisor to our team at GC Aqua Park in Southport. This is a full-time role located at the beautiful Marine Parade in Southport, Gold Coast. As a Cafe Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cafe, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service in a friendly and welcoming workplace.

Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of cafe staff, including baristas, servers, and kitchen staff
Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served according to company standards
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Oversee the cleanliness and organisation of the cafe
Train recent team members and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
Assisting with developing recent menu items and promotions
Adhering to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:




Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations
