About the Role
As a Room Leader, you will lead your room with care and confidence. You will create a secure, warm and fun learning space for children and work closely with your team and families every day.
What Makes You a Great Fit
Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or
Certificate III with at least 3 years’ experience
Love working with children and supporting their learning
Kind, patient and caring nature
Make child safety a priority at all times
Good communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to creating secure and inclusive environments
Current Working With Children Check
Child Protection Training
Emergency First Aid & CPR in ECEC
