Role Overview
We are looking for reliable, hard-working Event Crew and Drivers to join our dynamic team. You will play a key role in delivering and setting up event furniture and equipment for a wide range of events. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, variety, and being part of the action behind major events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver, load, and unload furniture and event equipment at various event sites
Assist with bump-ins and bump-outs for events, exhibitions, and activations
Drive company vehicles (cars, vans, and trucks depending on licence)
Complete warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, organising stock, and preparing orders
Ensure safe manual handling at all times




Maintain a professional and friendly attitude in office with clients and event partners
Conduct basic equipment checks and report defects or damage
Work closely with the operations and logistics team to ensure smooth event delivery
Follow run sheets, delivery schedules, and timelines
Ensure vehicles are kept tidy and in good working order

Requirements
Previous experience in event crew, removals, warehouse, or labouring is highly regarded
Valid driver’s licence (MR licence is a bonus but not essential)
Forklift licence is a plus
Ability to lift heavy items safely and confidently
Strong work ethic and willingness to get hands-on
Positive communication skills and a professional attitude
Flexibility to work early mornings, late finishes, or weekends when required

Pay: $27.61 – $38.00 per hour
