As a Housekeeping Houseman, you will play a vital role in supporting the housekeeping team and enhancing the overall guest experience.

Responsibilities:
Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
Ensure all housekeeping supplies are correctly stocked, organised, and inventoried.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Support the housekeeping team in delivering high standards of cleanliness
Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries, escalating issues as needed.
Maintain a tidy and organised work workplace





Qualifications:
No formal education required; however, a background in hospitality is advantageous
