We are looking for a highly experienced, rapid and confident Barista to join our busy café and restaurant team in Narrabeen.

This position is not suitable for beginners. We operate in a fast-paced environment, particularly on weekends, so you must be comfortable handling a high volume of coffee orders while maintaining excellent quality and presentation.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of barista experience
Previous experience working in a busy, high-volume café or restaurant
Excellent coffee-making and milk texturing skills
Solid latte art skills are essential
Must be fast, effective and confident during busy service
Able to maintain consistent coffee quality under pressure
Good organisation and ability to keep the coffee station clean and well stocked




Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills
Reliable and a strong team player
Must be available Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Additional weekday shifts are adaptable and can be selected based on your availability

We are looking for an experienced Barista who can confidently step into a busy coffee station and work efficiently from the start.

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
