Glass Street Kindergarten is a not-for-profit, community-run service nestled in the leafy streets of Kew East. We deliver a rich, play-based kindergarten program for both our three-year-old and four-year-old groups, supporting children to learn, grow, and thrive. Our team of dedicated educators is committed to creating a warm, inclusive environment that fosters a robust sense of belonging and community. Due to a renovation we are currently located in Balwyn North but will moving back to our permanent service in Kew East in Term 4.
About the Role We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. This role involves working collaboratively with our teaching team to deliver a high-quality, play-based program aligned with the EYLF and VEYLDF. You will contribute to creating a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environment, support children’s development and wellbeing,



and build strong, respectful relationships with families and colleagues.
