About the Role

As our Scheduler, you’ll be ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. You’ll:
Interpret and analyze structural and architectural drawings with confidence with major focus on slabs such as waffle pod slabs, suspended slabs, and raft slabs and a variety of small projects
Collaborate with internal and external schedulers to design, review, and refine job schedules
Liaise directly with customers, delivering top-tier customer service
Monitor and coordinate project timelines to maintain precision and efficiency
Ensure compliance standards are met,



keeping everything running at peak performance

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and has the technical skills to back it up!

Qualifications and experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
Scheduling experience (Bend Plus experience highly sought)

Key Skills and Attributes:
Detail-oriented and highly organised
Strong time management skills
Team player with a proactive attitude
Willingness to learn and grow
Proficient in Microsoft office
Must be have rights to work in Australia
